Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is one of the most popular yoga styles in the western world and I certainly understand why! Here we offer a dynamic, challenging but still relaxing yoga practice. Flow with me through sun salutations, stretch your spine in bends, activate your inner fire with twists and relax in a well deserved Savasana. Experience where the "Yoga glow" comes from! If you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, there is something for everyone. I offer modifications for every body from beginners up to advanced students.

Prenatal Yoga
In a pre-natal yoga class we focus on the different changes in your mind and body during pregnancy. We offer a holistic journey through pregnancy with breathing techniques, meditation, pelvic floor work and asanas to support you during pregnancy and birth. My focus is, to help you to connect with your body and your baby during this exciting time and ease the changes in your body that come with pregnancy.

One to one class
If you are new to yoga or have a specific area you want to work on, book a one to one class with me. In a one to one I focus on your goals, can help you working on poses you want to practice and prepare you for group classes. I start the one to one with a meeting, to speak about what you want to achieve and what I can offer you to get there. Get in touch with me so we can start working on your goals together!
